We’re looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team! Must have experience operating bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, rollers, and similar machinery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate various types of heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, rollers, etc. 

• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment

• Assist with site prep, grading, trenching, backfilling, and other earthmoving tasks

• Follow site plans, safety protocols, and directions from foremen/supervisors

• Perform various general labor tasks as needed on job sites

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating heavy equipment (minimum 2 years preferred)

• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

• Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures

• Ability to read and interpret site plans a plus

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

• Willingness to perform manual labor in addition to equipment operation when needed
